Francisco de Pájaro – Art Is Trash

Behind the name Art Is Trash stands Francisco de Pájaro, a street artist working in Barcelona – this video was published on 2024-07-02. Instead of a studio he uses the street, painting directly on discarded objects and often improvising with whatever lies nearby. With humour and provocation he comments on consumerism, waste, politics and the art market. That makes every figure a one-off: once the street is cleaned, it is gone, and often only videos like this one remain.
